Making it easier for your heirs

A notarial last will and testament can avoid a number of unpleasant surprises for your heirs. Your notary will make sure, for example, that your will complies with the law, that it will be difficult to challenge it and that it will allow you to name the liquidators and the guardian(s) of your minor children. Furthermore, it will not be necessary for your heirs to have your will probated by the court after your death.
